Our managed server plans give added performance and security for your web presence, or if you are a web designer support for hosting your client's sites. With our managed hosting plans you don't need to become a server administrator to use our severs. Managing servers can be a difficult and time consuming task, even for the most experienced technician. In addition, not everyone is capable of fixing and monitoring their servers all hours of the day. We're here to take that responsibility off your shoulders. Our premium server management solution offers you peace of mind. We assign a personal administrator to look after your server. Rest assured you can trust your server with us, we are totally dedicated to your specific needs.

Basic Support*
Basic Support includes 24×7 management and troubleshooting of all system software installed on the server that guarantees the highest quality service for you. Examples of work that falls under basic support:

- Website outage.
- FTP not working.
- Kernel security update.
- Control Panel updates.

Client Support*
Examples of work that falls under client support:

- New software installation.
- Existing software configuration changes.
- New accounts/websites setup.
- Migrating websites from another server.
- Troubleshooting of the client applications (e.g. php/perl/java webapps, self-installed or self-managed software).
- Troubleshooting of server problems caused by the customer’s actions.

The charges for client support are:

9am to 6pm @ €100+VAT for the first hour, each addational hour is charged at €50+VAT.
6pm to 9am @ €125+VAT for the first hour, each addational hour is charged at €75+VAT.

Discounts
Discounts apply for multiple servers:
10% discount per server for 2-5 servers
20% discount per server for 6+ servers
